Subtrackr functions perfectly offline. The core of your data—such as your active subscriptions, payment cycles, and custom categories—is stored safely and locally on your own device. We don't send this information to our servers.

Cloud Backup (Optional): If you choose to enable cloud backups, Subtrackr securely syncs your encrypted data to your personal cloud storage. This feature relies securely on third-party authentication systems to guarantee that your backups are visible only to you. We do not have access to these backups or any associated account credentials.

3. Analytics and Crash Reports

To maintain and improve the app's stability, Subtrackr may collect standard, anonymized crash reports. These reports contain no personally identifiable information or financial data. They only include technical details, such as device models and operating system versions, to help our developers fix bugs faster.

4. Sharing Your Information

Because all your sensible data stays on your device (or in your private cloud storage), we literally have nothing to share. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties. Period.

5. Your Control Over Your Data

You have absolute control over your profile and records. You can modify or delete individual subscriptions directly within Subtrackr. If you wish to wipe your slate completely clean, you can clear the entire app database within the settings at any time.
