• Use the application to facilitate or engage in any unlawful activities.

3. Data Ownership and Backups

Consistent with our privacy-first philosophy, your primary subscription data lives locally on your own device. If you employ our optional Cloud Backup feature, those backups are connected safely to your personal cloud account.

While we always try to build fail-safe software, you remain entirely responsible for ensuring your data is backed up. Jaberio is not liable for data loss that might occur from device theft, application deletion, or syncing interruptions.

We update Subtrackr regularly to ship exciting new features and resolve bugs. We highly encourage keeping the app updated to ensure the best possible experience. Please be aware that occasionally, we may need to modify, suspend, or deprecate certain older features, and we hold the right to do so at our discretion.
